People who complain about not having any money but who do nothing to curb their spending.

For several days in a row, a coworker notes that she and her husband are very short on cash right now and don't have the money needed for a specific event (paying taxes, unexpected bills, etc.), yet she goes out to lunch every day! No wonder she's broke.

I loaned a friend $400 to help make a downpayment on rent after she moved out from her husband's home. Next thing I know, she's taking a trip to Paris.

Then there's the friend who "never" has money. So when I want to hang out doing something that costs money , it means I pay. Yet she makes way more money than me. I bet she's got millions squirreled away.

Also: people who pretend to not understand how much things cost on the check, then underpay.

Also those people who don't add in tax and tip on said check and still under pay. I had water and chicken fingers. That's $5.42.
