Eggshell crumbs stuck to my hard-boiled eggs

So hard to get off! Also, when you peel an egg and a layer of the egg white comes off with it. Then you have to make the decision whether to try and save that layer or just let it go.

Yes! Or when a piece of the shell falls into a fried egg in-process, and it's impossible to remove it because its so slippery.

I hate that too. I've found it helps to dunk the egg in cold water after boiling. Shell slips off like a prom dress!

Grubby, tangled haired children. » Keeping clean is one thing; the kids I see don't even start out clean. Parents and kids both seem to roll out of bed and go to the local WalMart (where else?) without so much as running as hairbrush through their hair or taking a bar of soap to their bodies. I think we can be quite sure they don't know what a toothbrush is for! The trend of wearing pajama bottoms in public needs to stop as well. – Mindy 7/26
